  • All product images and descriptions are a best representation for our products, and is not a definitive representation of the final received product.

4. Payment and Shipping

  • We use Shopify for payment processing, and all payments are handled by them.
  • We transfer payment details to Shopify, and they handle the processing of transactions on our behalf. As such, we are not liable for any breaches, mistakes, or delays made by Shopify in processing payments.

  • We reserve the right to modify or suspend shipping options at any time.
  • Delivery times and estimates are provided on a best-effort basis.

  • We are not liable for any unintended use of trademarks and branding that have been mistakenly infringed upon in our designs and product.

8. Refunds and Returns

  • Return policies may vary depending on product type and purchase date.
  • All sales are final.
  • Exchanges are not offered for sizing issues.
  • Refunds for items deemed defective are only accepted 7 days after receiving. Refunds will be for the full amount of the purchased item, not including shipping cost, please send information regarding defects and provide photos to ferrylo@proton.me.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to us, but by submitting this content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for the purposes of operating our website and providing services.

10. Dispute Resolution

We're committed to resolving any disputes or claims arising from your use of our products and services in a fair and timely manner. We encourage all disputes to be resolved through good-faith negotiations or mediation, with the goal of finding a mutually acceptable solution.

In the event that litigation is pursued, the owners of ferrylo reserve the right to choose between tradition court proceedings or private arbitraiton, with the arbiter chosen by the owners of ferrylo.
