Currently at this time we are unable to offer returns, all items are made to order by a small independent team, unfortunately, this means we do not offer returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. We apologize for the inconvenience for no returns. As an clothing pop-up we thank you and appreciate working with us and hope to develop our policy as we continue to grow!

Defective items can only be exchanged within 7 days after receiving, if an item is deemed to be defective, please send information regarding defects and provide photos to ferrylo@proton.me Exchanges are not offered for sizing issues. 

Refunds for items deemed defective are only accepted 7 days after receiving. Refunds will be for the full amount of the purchased item, not including shipping cost.
